Back Care Workshop Yesterday I had the pleasure to speak to a group of 50 people about good back care and what it means, they were at The Domain Country Club Ashmore. The talk was 15 minutes and there was 45 minutes for question time. It was such a pleasure to meet these good people. I believe many people can improve there back, shoulder, knee, etc, conditions. Ultimatly it is all about our Lifestyle, maintaining it, and keeping healthy. I so enjoy these classes, there is something fullfilling about helping people stay healthy.
