Friendly staff who always say hello when you walk in. Equipment is clean and new. Never greasy or sweat streaked like at the other gyms in Taree. Toilets and showers always clean and I love the 5.15pm class on Tuesday evening.

I can’t recommend Kealie enough! Kealie is very helpful and has a great way of expanding things when it comes to health & fitness and is more than happy to share her tips and tricks and all her great knowledge. Kealie has helped me overcome my fear and anxiety when entering the gym. She has a beautiful bubbly personality that will make anyone feel comfortable & I always look forward to my PT sessions with her each week😊🏋🏼
