This allows us to give you the personal attention that you deserve during your training sessions, you won't be just another number like in a larger gym. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (even if you have no fitness level), and there are no complicated routines that require high levels of co-ordination. With our smaller class sizes we find that there is no intimidation like you get at larger gyms and you gain motivation and support not only from your trainer but also from your fellow participants.

Holly says Ray helped her reach all of her mental and physical goals. After not training for months, Ray welcomed her with a big smile and threw her arms around her. She felt like she was coming home. She had been fighting some battles but Ray never gave up on believing she was ready and softly encouraged her until she made that choice. Ray is an amazing trainer.

Our modern gym is decked out with Technogym equipment and offering an expansive group fitness timetable along with a strength zone, cardio zone and functional zone. We cater for the whole family with kids classes and a crèche to mind the little ones while you work out. We also offer personal training for that extra motivation if needed.
