Holly says Ray helped her reach all of her mental and physical goals. After not training for months, Ray welcomed her with a big smile and threw her arms around her. She felt like she was coming home. She had been fighting some battles but Ray never gave up on believing she was ready and softly encouraged her until she made that choice. Ray is an amazing trainer.

This class run by Jess is so inclusive of you fitness level she is so friendly and helpful. When I started my fitness level wasn’t great I have arthritis and an osteoporosis but have improved beyond expectations and with less pain. It’s good for my mental health as well as everyone is friendly and caring.
