Pepper Tree Farm has been dedicated to the horse industry since its inception in 1996, established by Rob and Julie Vandyke, the farm is conveniently located in Cowra in the Central Slopes region of New South Wales. In 2015, the stud evolved further when their daughter, Dr. Brianna Vandyke BVBio/BVSc (Hons) returned home to establish the Pepper Tree Farm Equine Clinic on the stud site and expand the breeding program to include Thoroughbred clients.
