The team at Unanderra Physio & Pilates are continually going above and beyond. Tim the physio is GREAT, the office staff are friendly, helpful and lovely and Kristina out in the exercise room is an absolute treasure. Would recommend this place to anyone. I had vertigo for about 4 months and nothing seemed to work! I then got referred to physical therapy from a specialist. I have now have been seeing Steph for a about a month now. She's amazing! I've never felt this good for a long time. I highly recommend Steph & all the team!
