Kate Washington MP is the first woman to represent the electorate of Port Stephens in the Parliament for the Australian Labour Party. Ms Washington is also a Shadow Minister for Early Childhood Education and Shadow Minister for the Hunter. In addition to this, she is also Member of the Legislative Assembly.
