I have dealt with Noel and his team for 8 years. Never had a problem and accept their recommendations every time as I don't know pools. I understand the problem with some people is they want advice and go elsewhere like "Bunnings" to buy cheaper inferior products. People have to run a business and make money to keep money local. Don't ask for advice from a long time local business and go elsewhere to buy your product. You expect this service for free. Support local over saving a few dollars on products from a national overseas owned business. Shame on you

Thanks Rod, Ellie and the team, the customer service and Product knowledge was excellent and their honesty was appreciated. They only sold me what I needed and repaired what they could. A big difference to the other quotes, I will be getting them back from now on to service my pool, regards Darrel Milton.

These guys were wonderful. They were were quick and efficient and most importantly very gentle and cautious with our cats. Managed to quickly get everything we needed even it wasn't part of the initial list of repairs. I'd definitely recommend them.
