I have dealt with Noel and his team for 8 years. Never had a problem and accept their recommendations every time as I don't know pools. I understand the problem with some people is they want advice and go elsewhere like "Bunnings" to buy cheaper inferior products. People have to run a business and make money to keep money local. Don't ask for advice from a long time local business and go elsewhere to buy your product. You expect this service for free. Support local over saving a few dollars on products from a national overseas owned business. Shame on you

Thanks Rod, Ellie and the team, the customer service and Product knowledge was excellent and their honesty was appreciated. They only sold me what I needed and repaired what they could. A big difference to the other quotes, I will be getting them back from now on to service my pool, regards Darrel Milton.

Todd has looked after my pool in Townsville for ten years. The house was a rental and I live in Brisbane. Managing a rental can be hard but the easiest thing was having Todd from Ultra Clear managing the pool. Everything was done, any issues were fixed, tenants changing was no drama he sorted it all out without question. Cannot recommend him highly enough. If you don’t want any hassle with your pool and need someone to look after it for you call Todd from Ultra Clear.
