I have over 10 years of experience working within an Attachment Theory framework. I assist holistically by incorporating interventions such as person-centred, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Trauma-informed, and Play Therapy. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, child and adolescent issues, postpartum support, and couples counselling.
