I am a Counsellor, providing individual, couple, and child counselling services online and in-person, with a background in Education and Psychology. I have over 10 years of experience working within an Attachment Theory framework. I assist holistically by incorporating interventions such as person-centred, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Trauma-informed, and Play Therapy. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, child and adolescent issues, postpartum support, and couples counselling. I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) which regulates Psychotherapists and Counsellors codes of ethics and conduct and I regularly participate in clinical supervision.

Family Planning Queensland (FPQ) provides clinical, education, and information services through its nine regional centres. FPQ also provides clinical training in all aspects of sexual and reproductive health, and has a comprehensive resource catalogue to support teachers, parents and young people.
