My first 8 sessions with Margot Broug. I felt completely welcomed, I felt safe, I felt heard. In every session I learnt something new about myself. I was able to connect to my physical body through Margots guided meditations. I was also able to connect to all my emotions at different times. I connected to my inner child and learned to accept her and her feelings. I was able to heal myself and all my relationships from the past and present. I have healthier relationships with my family and friends but mostly with myself. I was able to understand myself on a deeper level than I ever have before. I continually have breakthroughs that have a positive impact on my life and interactions with my world. I am safe and I am okay.
