At Compass Pilates we believe in movement as medicine. Our aim is to motivate you to challenge your body and mind with high energy, effective workouts in studios that are warm and welcoming. When you come to our studios you will find a community and a space where you can be yourself, have fun and work hard. Our 45 minute sessions are fitness-based, open level and highly addictive. Classes are designed to either be your go-to activity or complement and support your existing activity. Located at Erina and Long Jetty on the Central Coast, your membership or class pass will give you access to both locations.
