I am also certified as a Qi Gong Instructor and I teach two groups a week in Qi Gong. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress. Common conditions helped by Shiatsu include: back pain,headaches,whiplash and neck stiffness, joint pain, menstrual pain, digestive problems, asthmatic symptoms, sport injuries,depression and stress. New at Nicole's Shiatsu and Qi gong Retreat is the Dorn Therapy Method. This is a safe, simple, effective and rapid therapy. It works by teaching the patient simple exercises that can be taught at home in order to reinforce and continue the treatment that is done in a session with a practitioner. Overall, this means that fewer sessions are required. First of all, the length of the legs is checked. After that, the practitioner will check the location of every vertebrae.
