I wish to make a review to give feedback on a tradesman who did work for us on May 19th and 22nd this year. The business is All Pro Roofing and the owner is David Millard. He does roof restoration on tile and slate roofs. Anyway he carried out the work on our roof in a very thorough manner and used quality materials and he explained the whole restoration process to us as well as taking away rubbish and waste materials from the job. He also gave us a written quote before starting the job and there were no hidden charges or extras after finishing. He is also qualified and is a licensed roof tiler. AusStyle Roofing has come to specialise in roof replacements, through years of experience. Access to properties can often be difficult, the roofs can be steep and properties can be many stories but AusStyle Roofing have all the necessary qualifications to complete the job regardless of difficulty and that includes homes with extensions, which can often be a little unusual in the roofing department! In short very few roof replacement jobs are the same. AusStyle has carried out roof reports for customers whose new roofs look worse than the one that was replaced due to selecting the wrong contractor. Don't make the mistake of accepting the quote purely on price! Make sure the roofing contractor is licensed and experienced and that they provide you with the information on the products to be used. (Asking for local references is one good way to check). Check the type of material and its warranty has been included in the quote. There are more and more imported materials these days and whilst most of it probably meets Australian Standards by buying Australian Made Colorbond or Zincalume for your new roof you are guaranteed of the highest quality product. Australian zincalume comes with a manufacturer's warranty of 20 years and Colourbond's warranty is 25 years. These are tried, tested and proven materials for Australian conditions as well as looking great!

It was the good advice and the ready explanations about how Greg, the owner contractor for Ausstyle Roofing would deal with potential problems relating to the change from heavy concrete tile roof to colorbond, and with specific problems such as extrusions opening onto the roof that led me to accept Greg's quote over my other three quotes. I was confident that I chose the best professional to complete my job to my satisfaction. The workers arrived promptly every day, Owner contractor, Greg, was present and working with contracted workers throughout. The roof looks amazing with no problems. Each day they left the property tidy, removing all roof related rubbish at completion of job. The attention to detail was great and leaves me confident that the roof will be all good.
