What a great experience it was to engage the services of Troy's company. I initially liaised with another local company, but after 5 attempts by me, phone calls and detailed emails, I did not hear back until after I booked Troy. I found Troy online and contacted him at 8pm. By 7.20am the next day I had a response. Once I provided all the information his business needed I received a call to fix my doors, the next day. Unfortunately I was on a plane going south. Upon contacting Renee who left a voicemail I managed to confirm a booking for a locksmith at my earliest convenience upon my return. Renee explained how their locksmith plans our booking, precisely and courtiesly. Because of this response I made the booking without any hesitation. Jaiden, the locksmith contacted me 45 minutes prior to the booking to confirm that he was on his way. Jaiden's professional manner and service is a credit to Troy's company.
