I would like to compliment the service technician that came to our residence yesterday at Waterview Heights, I think his name was Matt Clarke, as he sent the report back. He helped me with my daughters dog when it got hurt in a barbed wired fence. He was so patient as I was in a hurry to go to a Doctor appt.
