The woman who takes care of admin is fantastic (Michelle). I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. On Friday 21/02 I purchased a car in Newcastle I flew up Friday morning to drive the car home, after arriving I realised the car had some issues of which I could not complete the journey if they weren’t fixed, I started to ring around frantically, Jay’s shop pink automotive were the only shop that were good enough to move around their day to make sure I was looked after, they stayed late Friday to make sure the job was done! Honestly couldn’t find a better group of people! I’m extremely thankful for meeting them! If you’re in the Newcastle area don’t go see anyone else !
