John absolutely "saved my bacon". We were two days out of a property settlement when it was discovered that the pump and filter had basically deteriorated (and flooding the garage). John dropped everything to assist us, replaced both without fuss and bother, double checked and calmly, professionally had us back up and running. We cannot thank you enough! Polite, well priced, took away the old equipment AND cleaned up. Amazing!! Thanks so much John and side-kick Gavin. Highly recommended.

My wife purchased a cyclone spa from West Gosford shop last year. It was delivered around the end of October 2023. The purchase and delivery was quite seamless, we were kept informed of its progress over the months of construction and delivery. The staff were quite helpful and positive about the benefits of having a spa. The landscaper who created the area for the spa’s location was also assisted with advice and requirements of clearances around spa to enable maintenance. The newer technology offers some challenges for the operator, however the staff at sales point were very supportive and made a site visit as well. Cheers Graham
