I have experience preparing, instructing and supervising fitness training programs for junior NSW and Australian representative cricketers. I am also responsible for designing specific fitness programs for the Illawarra Academy of Sport, Cricket NSW Illawarra/South female Academy and the Dapto Cricket Club. I have experience in designing fitness programs for individuals and groups with the goal of losing weight, improving fitness, increasing strength, toning muscles, reducing stress, improving sporting performance, maintaining fitness during and after pregnancy and many more......
