Old School Kungfu Boxing and Fitness is a Martial Arts and fitness school focussing on Wing Chun Kungfu, boxing and fitness for all ages and abilities. Classes include Kids Boxing, Martial Fitness (kids and adults), Family Wing Chun Kungfu, Adults Wing Chun Kungfu, Qi Gong for Health, Traditional Pole Training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ground Work.
