All Light fittings/vents, all internal/external doors cleaned, de cobweb all ceilings, polish and clean all tap ware and door furniture, all tiled and Timber Floors mopped. All windows cleaned internally and externally, all internal window tracks cleaned, all fly screens & security screens cleaned/dusted. Note: Security Screens & Fly screens are NOT removed. Note: Homes are to be cleared of ALL belongings before cleaning commences. Furniture and rubbish removal will cost extra. There is a big time difference between fully washing or scrubbing walls from floor to ceiling and spot cleaning a few marks off them. Included in our price is the expectation that we will be spot cleaning walls that are fairly clean. Heavily marked walls take a lot of time and energy to clean, if your walls need a lot of cleaning, this can increase the price dramatically and you will require a deluxe vacate clean. DELUXE BOND/VACATE CLEAN For a deluxe bond/Vacate clean we do a basic bond clean and will wash ALL the internal walls and ceilings. WALLS AND CEILINGS Heavily marked walls and ceilings take a lot of time and energy to clean. NOTE: WALLS AND CEILING CLEANING ONLY. ANY OTHER CLEANING AT THE SAME TIME COSTS EXTRA. WINDOW TRACKS AND SCREENS All windows cleaned internally and externally, all internal window tracks cleaned, all fly screens & security screens cleaned/dusted. Note: Security Screens & Fly screens are NOT removed. External windows cleaned where accessible from ground level or internally.
