Our founder Courtney Scott is a passionate entrepreneur who has worked within the disability sector since she was 16 years old. With a background in nursing, aged care and real estate, her journey led her back to the disability space which reigniting her passion of caring for others. Her experience and desire to make a difference, provided her with true understanding, compassion and insight into the industry and helped Courtney bridge the gap to create a superior service, with a holistic approach to empower others. ELC is a boutique NDIS registered provider the specialises in complex cares, client specific care and staff training, housing, Support Independent Living (SIL), Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), Independent Living Options (ILO), Respite, holidays, community nursing, employment support and more.
