From the time we first walked into Nelson Bay Tile Co we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. We were approached by Jenell and from that moment she helped with our selections even tile selection and matching hardware. There were a myriad of choices. Jenelle was amazingly helpful. I don't know how we could have put together the choices we made without the assistance from Jenelle. Also, Jenelle referred us to BAY PROJECTS P/L to do our bathrooms. We already had about 4 quotes which we were not happy with, to be honest. Once we had the quote done by DARREN we were very happy. His quote wasn't the cheapest but it also wasn't the dearest! We chose Darren from Bay Projects to renovate our ensuite and main bathroom and I have to say we are completely happy with the finished rooms. Darren is very professional and he was assisted by his team, Steve and Peter. Very friendly and very professional.
