Such helpful and knowledgeable staff at Nelson Bay Tile Co helped me navigate the options for a significant reno. Jenell, Loren and Lisa were so patient on my indecisive journey to choose tiles for my kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Finally it is all complete and I am so happy with the result and so grateful for their time and expertise. The journey started a year ago and Jenell was so thorough in talking me through the options and was kind and good humoured with what has been a stressful time with a unplanned reno due to termite damage. What a lovely team!

We are very thankful for the service we received from Jenell. As we don't live in the area Jenell was so helpful in advising on tiles and bathroom items. The communications were excellent which made a difficult job for us very easy. Thoroughly recommend N B tile shop. Richard Y

Our choice of a sheet splash back for our new kitchen was discontinued. So two days before Christmas, we were at Nelson Bay Tile House seeking help. Jenell, unfazed and totally professional, helped us organise a tile alternative. Not only did we achieve the effect we wanted, the result was stunning! (I was so delighted that I returned with photos to show Jenell and other staff). At least 5 stars!

Our local Tile House has a large selection of the latest tiles and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they try and source it from somewhere else. I have been guided by Deb and Jenelle on a few occasions and their knowledge about tiles and design has been a great help. With Nelson Bay Tiles you’re able to get the expensive look but at a reasonable price and that’s why we always try to shop locally. Adele and Peter Marshall

Great experience - good range of tiles, competitive pricing and very flexible and helpful. We have entirely retiled our home and tiled a new pool coping, terrace and kitchen, and have sourced all of it from Nelson Bay Tile House, to our great satisfaction. Lovely people to deal with.
