Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

Pelican Motors Service CentrePaul at Ultra Mechanics runs a terrific business. We had an issue with our Lexus CT200H and as my wife is a Community Aged Care worker she needs her car to do her job. Paul diagnosed the fault quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed through the process. He then sent across a quote for the repairs before proceeding. Paul also noticed the car needed a major service so he also quoted on this work. We were happy with the price so asked Paul to go ahead. Paul completed all the work as promised in that day at a fair price and the work is first rate. Paul and Ultra Mechanic will be our new mechanic for future work and servicing on our Lexus CT200 Hybrid. Why would you take the car to Lexus when you can get first rate service and quality work with a local small business. Thanks Paul!
