We can also service all electronics such as LCD and Plasma TVs, microwaves, digital set top boxes, DVD players and many more. We provide quotes on all repairs and installations, with onsite repairs where possible. Price for call out and service or installation review costs only $88. Repairs or replacements are then quoted before any works are completed. Seniors and pension card holders receive a 10% discount. We service the entire Sunshine Coast. No job is too big or small. I had a problem with an older Samsung TV and rang for some assistance. The fellow I spoke to (Edwin?) was great - he asked for details about what I had encountered and then ran through a list of checks and ways to try to rectify the issue. After further discussion, he stated that it was likely to be a main board problem and that the board in my particular TV was quite complex and a replacement board was unlikely to be found. He did not try to have me bring the TV in. I was really impressed that he was so generous and open in sharing his knowledge and experience, explaining a bit of history of my particular TV and how to fix some of the issues encountered with that model. He did not try and 'sell' his repair service at all, in fact he made it clear that my particular issue was unlikely to be repairable if the tips he suggested were not effective. I ended the phone call with armed with one last method to try and resolve the issue at no cost.
