Steve and his team offer a truly 5 star service. I sent him an email over the long weekend regarding a damaged NBN cable not expecting a reply until Tuesday. Steve messaged me within the hour and told me he could repair first thing in the morning (unless it was urgent he would come out). He conducts himself professionally, was on time and repaired my NBN in a good time and well priced!!
