Jake (Service Manager) able to diagnose my Mazda Bravo had a cracked motor head during course of a phone conversation. Confirmed later, and only took 3 days from visit to point of collection for replacement and repairs, including ordering parts. Previous service advice (near where I live) was wrong, twice - despite inspections. Cost a new starter-motor and glow plugs, all unnecessary. Coffs HD also located another separate issue needing repair. Absolutely outstanding mechanics at Coffs Harbour Diesel and all very helpful.

Our VW Transporter developed a fault while we were driving from Wollongong to Brisbane, and after being turned away by multiple mechanics, they were the only ones willing to squeeze us in and help identify the problem. Their professionalism, communication and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a manageable situation. It’s rare to find service like this these days.
