I applied for a pink slip and the fella failed, which I knew it would as I had a service at Nabiac at Christmas and the guyUp there said you need shackles and brake drums replaced before you pass rego. This guy at Oak Flats said you need shackles and new number plates. I said what about the brakes ? He said their fine. I went to another mechanic and asked them to check the brakes and they said there was only 1/2 mm left on them and they were getting dangerous. I’m so glad I went to another mechanic as it’s a two and half ton van, I could have been in a lot of trouble if I hadn’t gone to another mechanic. This guy never even checked the brakes but said the rego plates need to be renewed...what ? The rego plates were very readable, I even took one to the Service NSW and they said they were fine and could be read. So glad I went for a second opinion..!

Rhiunn & the crew serviced my Ute & I found that they were very honest, professional & friendly with fair pricing. The crew did find more than what I expected during my service however they did not go ahead & charge me for any additional prices without my authority I was informed about the additional repairs on pick up therefore we both planned to fix other repairs up when I had the time I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting or needing a service or any future repairs on your vehicle.

I was so impressed by the knowledge and customer service given by Andrew and his wonderful staff. We had just driven 6 scary km's and I thought my car was about to die. My regular mechanic could not service aircons, so after searching around on google I decided to go with these guys, after seeing the great reviews. The aircon service found an issue with the water pump in the car. Something I had asked my previous mechanic about on 4 separate occasions and was told not to worry. Turns out it was something to worry about! The owner Adam obviously runs a really sound business, because all of the staff a friendly! The mechanics will talk to you after the servicing and explain things fully, which is something I had not encountered with the last mechanic. When they explain things they do it in a simple way for you to understand. They are also doing more checks on the service that was previously done. Given my ute is old now, these guys are definitely where I will be bringing it from now on because for the first time in the two years I have owned it, it runs really well now. Thanks again and keep up the awesome work!

Brilliant mechanics and first honest mechanics I have ever been too, I booked my Audi in to change the PcV valve, they ordered the part, when they then checked my old PcV valve and found it to be ok, they did not charge me for any labour or there time , and the part happy to return and gave me brilliant advice on my car. Plenty of other mechanics would of done the job got the $$ and said nothing like had been done to me in the past. I will be recommending these guys to anyone and everyone from the office lady to the mechanics lovely service and obviously very proud of the workmanship and business they have and care about their customers. I wish I had found these mechanics years ago. But can guarantee they have my business and extended family’s business from now on. And I will be recommending them to everyone honest reliable mechanics and business like this one deserve the best review and custom you will not be disappointed I am delighted finally have found a exceptional mechanics

We are travelling around Australia, so our motor home IS our home. We needed to have an oil change and new filter replaced , we are staying at the N.R.M.A caravan park in Shellharbour. We contacted Gary, and he was so obliging ! We took our vehicle there, and two hours later , we were ready to go !
