As always, Kerrie and Michelle went above and beyond recently to let my beautiful Penny pass away peacefully out of hours. I cannot recommend Shoal Bay Veterinary Clinic highly enough. All staff have a genuine love of all animals, as well as being experts in their care. All the staff are welcoming and easy to talk to, as well as treating our fur babies like their own. Sasha loves her new family at Macquarie veterinary she used to get dragged in at the last vet’s but now walks in thinking she owns the surgery due to the friendly caring staff. As for us we couldn’t be happier as they really do give good quality compassionate care and are very much less a dent in the pocket.
