Good liaison with agent for rented property for installment. Simple kitchen, work ok as expected. Met timelines well, efficient installation. Contract did not include finishing of paintwork on adjoining walls and skirting boards and minor restoration from removal of old kitchen. Finished product looked disappointing on this basis and further cost and organisation required to complete. Extra cost of final finishing needs to be taken into account when assessing quoted contract prices. Would be advisable and more efficient to ask for finishing costs to be included in quoted work.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Admin were friendly and helpful, quotation process was fast, screens were ready on time. Installation was the best part - the installer was such a delight and a pleasure to have in our home. Our full home is now safe and secure with Crimsafe and the screens allow such a great view to outside. Highly recommend the whole team for perfect service and quality and expertise. I contacted NQ Glass and Aluminum Fitouts after purchasing a property that didn't have complete security screen coverage. I had them quote for two separate works thinking that it would be too expensive to have done at the same time. It turns out the quotes were cheaper than expected. As a result, I 've been able to have SecureView (Similar to Cimsafe) installed on some windows (that face towards the pool) and standard diamond grills onto other windows at the propety. The security screens were fabricated to suit my property's existing windows. They also removed the existing fly-screens and disposed of them and re-screened some security doors. Thank you for the quick turn around from quote, to build and installation. All-up it took about two weeks to have the work quoted and then installed - Other companies I had call I had to wait 4-weeks for a quote from - Others didn't even get back to me after coming out to quote.
