Southern Youth and Family Services (SYFS) is an independent community-based charitable organisation located in South Eastern and Southern NSW covering Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodella, Bega Valley, Goulburn Mulwaree, Queanbeyan Palerang and areas of Snowy Monaro. Our primary purpose is to relieve the poverty, misfortune and distress of children, young people, adults and community members who are disadvantaged, homeless or at risk of homelessness.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I hold registration with the Australian Counselling Association and hold additional qualifications and training such as, Narrative therapy, Trauma training, Youth mental health and many more. I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor which allows me opportunity to equipped people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
