We wanted to bring exercise and mindset together. ​ Tailored personal training and healing sessions, such as Reiki and Crystal Light Bed is also available. ​ We moved locations to 97 Herford Street in January 2020, installed a full gym fit-out of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment for our members to use outside of our classes. Fob key access is available for those wanting to use the gym outside of reception times.
