I help adolescents and adults to cope with Relationship difficulties, Anxiety and Stress, Depression, Workplace Stress, Adjustment Disorder, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Disability. I provide neuro-affirming assessments, including autism and ADHD, for adolescents and adults. My special areas of interest include working with couples, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, trauma as well as men’s mental health. I have worked in Private Practice, Marriage/Relationship Counselling, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), the Primary Health Network, the NDIS and Out of Home Care environments. I use a warm and empathic style, and work collaboratively with people to develop therapy objectives and provide counselling to meet individual needs. In doing so, I equip individuals with the practical skills, tools and coping strategies to make positive changes in their lives. I focus on building relationships to support people.

Bliss Psychology and Counselling is owed and operated by Sole Practitioner Kylie Jones. This lovely little practice is situated on Pendlebury Road in Cardiff close to public transport, with ample parking at the front and back of the premises. The premises, a cute weatherboard home that has been converted into a psychology clinic creates a comfortable and welcoming environment which complements Kylie's warm, relaxed and down to earth approach to her work.

Mental Health (WAIMH) Rosie is passionate about helping people through difficult times. Rosie’s warm, open, and direct approach is what she feels builds a strong and positive therapeutic relationship. Rosie takes a collaborative approach to therapy, knowing that you intrinsically know your own direction and she is just here to help you walk that path. Rosie takes the approach that no one is perfect, and that discovering what makes your life worth living is done through trial and error. Rosie enjoys teaching that self-compassion doesn’t come easy, but it is a foundation for allowing yourself to try.
