I feel so comfortable and confident when dancing with Kass, she is so passionate and is focused on everyone shaking off the stress of the day and having the best time! Her classes are the highlight of my week!

You have not zumbaed until you try Zumba with Kass! An easy to follow but incredibly fun class that has you sweating and all different levels to work at depending on your fitness level. I sweat like I never do from any other exercise, and laugh and smile at every class they is a real community family feel to every class.
