You have not zumbaed until you try Zumba with Kass! An easy to follow but incredibly fun class that has you sweating and all different levels to work at depending on your fitness level. I sweat like I never do from any other exercise, and laugh and smile at every class they is a real community family feel to every class. Try a class and you won’t be disappointed! 15 years later I’m still going every week and feel amazing

Since 1970, Gold Coast PCYC has been helping the young people of the gold coast reach their goals and live up to their potential. . Our Broadbeach Waters community centre has always provided a caring and secure environment for youth and adults. We specialise in fitness, with a fully equipped gym that provides health classes for both youth and adults. We also have a crèche gym service for children up to 5 years, as well as outside school hours care. A not-for-profit organisation, PCYC Gold Coast provide low-cost services to suit a range of budgets and lifestyles. Whether it's gym, martial arts, dance, wrestling, pilates, tennis, yoga, tap or Zumba classes, we have it all at our Broadbeach Waters community centre. At PCYC, we also hold a regular blue light disco once a month. There is plenty of police supervision to ensure a fun and safe evening for children. Zumba with Kass classes are out of this world. So fun, easy to follow along to and not boring! Every class you learn new moves and Kass teaches you moves that make even a beginner look and feel great. Definitely try a class, you will be hooked and like he 15 years later haven’t missed! I feel fabulous and loved at Kassys classes. All age brackets and fitness levels.
