My bofriend and I are renting a Toyota and after days of not being able to close the sunroof and it raining the past 24 hours we decided to stop in for help! I didn't get his name but the man who helped us was extremely kind and helped us close the sunroof even though that meant him getting fairly soaked in the rain! IT also wasn't his responsibility to sort this out but he was more than happy to. Thanks heaps

I just wanted to say how extremely happy we were with the guys from the service department at Toyota Coffs Harbour!! We pulled in with our fuel filter light on and went in to the customer service desk and they were nothing short of amazing. They were so helpful. They were nice enough to take the time to have our problem sorted instantly as we told him we were out travelling around Australia!! They even put lunch on hold so they could change our filter straight away to get us back on the road. Couldn't have asked for better service!! Thank you so much!!

I needed to get a service done whilst in Coffs Harbour so I took my car to Coffs Harbour Toyota. They provided a great service and were on time. Even gave me a cap so I could go for a walk and not get a BBQed head!

Biggest time wasting joke of an experience EVER. Told about used car & quoted price over 'phone ... only AFTER I turn up am I told it's now not available to test drive. Price quoted but put off several days to be told it was now more $$ than quoted & procedure hadn't been followed ... salesman hadn't waited for car to be processed by workshop which now explains being stalled, quoted lower incorrect price & being mucked around for a week. Extremely unprofessional & disappointing :/

Thank you Allison for your feedback. As mentioned to you when I spoke to your Partner on the phone - the price quoted to you was an incorrect assumption by one of our Sales Staff. The vehicle upon arrival had a mandatory workshop check and detail (which all our traded vehicles receive). This is when the sale price is determined. Coffs Harbour Toyota & Hyundai pride ourselves on the service and professionalism we offer our Guests. This is evident by the number of happy Guests that return as well as the amount of referral business we receive. I am disappointed your experience with us wasn't favourable and I am sorry my explanation to your Partner didnt appease your disappointment.
