The purpose of seeing a counsellor is to assist you to work through those difficult emotional states, help soften the experience and help you to reach a solution where you may not have been able to do so beforehand with the added intention to empower you to become more self-sufficient and to discover your own answers more easily in the future. Counselling enables you to talk to someone in confidence and help you to feel good again. Deborah is a counsellor running a private counselling business in the Coffs Harbour area for the last 5 years. Deborah obtained her qualifications from the College of People Skills in Coffs Harbour,graduating with a certificate in counselling from The College of Holistic Counselling. Besides counselling Deborah is also a qualified remedial massage therapist. She obtained her diploma in massage therapy from The NSW School of Natural Medicine and established and has ran a very successful and prosperous remedial massage clinic in Coffs Harbour for the last 12 years. During this time, Deborah was also the massage tutor at one of the local colleges for 5 years. Deborah specialises in relationship counselling whether it be personal, marriage, family, work-related or grief and loss issues. Deborah is also available for crisis, conflict resolution, mediation and referral counselling.
