Everyone can play, your lessons will be tailored to your individual learning style :-) I love helping people discover just how truly special and amazing music is. I've always had a violin in my hand where ever I go. My love of music has opened many doors for me, and I'm so happy to call Newcastle home. LOCATION I'm located in Cameron park, (Edgeworth north) which is just off Newcastle link road, only 2mins from the Sydney motor way. INSTRUMENT If you haven't yet acquired an instrument, I'm happy to help with any questions you might have. Please note, some new violins require some important "setting up" before a proper first lesson can commence. I have a limited number of instruments available for hire. CLASSICAL Of all the instruments I play... Violin is the easiest to sight read with. You just have to learn how to interpret the musical map, and I can help you with that. If you would like to train for AMEB exams, I'm qualified to teach the Australian syllabus, my students have always reached their goals each year. FIDDLE Hay, music is fun! And fiddle is something I'm passionate about. This music is passed down from one fiddler to the next AVAILABILITY Currently available Friday afternoons in Cameron park.
