Pacific Vetcare Coffs Harbour

My husband and I recently relocated from Sydney and had to leave our vet of 4 years. We were lucky enough to find a fantastic new vet clinic Pacific Vetcare in Sawtell. The clinic is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't be happier with our new local vet and look forward to future visits!

Monty is alive today thanks to the recent wonderful care by Matt Grabovski and his team at Sawtell and Coffs Hbr Pacific Vet Care. I am forever thankful. I have no doubt that the wonderful care and attention Monty received, including overnight monitoring, saved his life after he ate a bait (we think) in Bellingen. Big thanks to Matt and the team . We owe so much to you guys for saving him.

Thank you so much for the caring, wonderful & professional service we received at Pacific Vetcare when we had to make the difficult decision to have our Tasco put to sleep. Such a hard time but they made it that much easier for us. From the organisation to the delivery of our boy back to us after his cremation was done in a caring manner. David & one of the wonderful girls came to our home which made the event less traumatic for all of us, and even made it a little special as we held him & let him drift off in his favourite spot. They took him away after our goodbyes and his ashes have been returned in a gorgeous box with a beautiful plaque. Thank you to everyone at Pacific Vetcare for everything. Tasco deserved nothing less for the 11 + years we got to love him

Now that a few months have passed I am ready to share my experience with Pacific Vetcare. Thank you so much to the staff (Matt, Skye and Lucy) for all the care that you gave my little Maddie over almost 12 years. Also special thank you to Michelle - thank you for going above and beyond. Xx

I have to mention all the people who work at Pacific Vetcare are great people and care so much about animals. Thank you to everyone there for taking great care of my little ducks. , not only has he helped my drake Bob but he recently saved my drake Pedros life, he is so amazing with birds and he is one of the only vets i trust with my duckies. Pedro did so well after i took him home he was back to normal in less than a week and has been back with the rest of the flock for almost a couple of a while now. He is happy and healthy and doing great, thanks so much to Mat and everyone at pacific vetcare.

I just had to do this review to say how amazing Julia, Stephen and the staff have been whilst looking after our 'precious fur girl' over the past few months. Our dog was a special member of the family, she was old, but reasonably healthy and had not needed much vet care until recently. Sadly she took a turn for the worse on Thursday morning. I phoned Pacific to get an emergency appointment with Julia, the staff were so accommodating and told us to come straight away. Julia came out to the car to meet us. She is the most caring vet (and person) you could wish to meet. We knew what had to be done, she explained everything that may happen during the procedure so that we didn't have any shocks, we were very upset but she made the whole experience as pleasant and dignified as it could be, then allowed us to grieve in private. Even though we had only been going there a few months, we were told we could pay the bill later. As if their kindness wasn't enough, we received some beautiful flowers from all the staff at Pacific Vetcare. We are not ready for another dog right now, but if and when we do get another, I would certainly go back there. Thank you for you kindness and compassion Pacific Vetcare.
