Pure Living Pilates

Our small boutique Pilates studio is fully equipped with a variety of small and large apparatus, perfect for private or small group classes and small reformer classes. All classes are 50 minutes in duration and are tailored to the client's abilities, preferences and goals at the time of the session. Our classes can be either therapeutic or athletic in nature depending on the goals of you as the client. We will create a customised session for you to achieve your fitness goals, whether you would like to run better, improve your golf swing, enhance your flexibility or build your core strength. We can personalize your session to suit your individual needs. We have created a warm, non-judgmental Studio environment with very friendly staff so you feel welcome and comfortable when you come to Pure Living Pilates. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling better, stronger and taller than when you walked in the door.
