Whatever your fitness level, age or size we'll make sure you train to your level � Where your personal training takes place in a fun, non-threatening group environment. You train outdoors at Broadbeach State Primary School on the Gold Coast where we also have an undercover area so you can train rain, hail or shine � Most importantly we hold you accountable and help you achieve your results.
