Just under an hour after I sent an email, Roger called to give me a quote. (It was accurate and there was no nasty surprise on the day). He was very friendly and willing to fit our request into an already very busy day of his. (Ours was the eighth assignment for that day). He and Graham arrived on time and very quickly removed the items, including a bulky modular sofa with 2 recliners down 30 steps from Level 2. They wore gloves when carrying the items and would recycle them if possible, which I was heartened to know. Despite their busy schedule, Roger accepted on the spot, with a small extra cost, my additional request to empty my shed in the basement carpark, which I forgot when I sent him the email. It really saved my day. I have asked other companies, in addition to Wasteman, for quotes. Not only that they responded much more slowly than Roger but their quotes were also higher. All in all, I cannot recommend their service highly enough. Thank you very much, Roger and Graham.

Roger and team cleaned out my unit when booked removalist was unable to assist. They were very prompt and effecient and professional and I have no qualms in recommending their business.

Have to say Roger was true to his word on availability,punctuality and precise on his price,and stuck buy it. For a difficult job in trying situations,his service was courteous and professional and efficientcy was the “icing on the cake”. Refreshing to see a trade/service actually follow some basic principals with customer relations and service. If needed again,I will be seeking him out without hesitation. Barry.

Roger and his team did a fabulous job removing bulk items from my house and even dismantling a large unit. All the team were friendly efficient and professional. Highest recommendation to them and very cost effective.

I rang Wasteman Rubbish Removal to collect rubbish from an after flood cleanup. Roger and his team of 3 were very prompt in arriving when they advised they would. The rubbish was cleared quickly and the area where the rubbish was removed from was left very clean and tidy. Thank you.

Extremely happy with this service. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have household items/rubbish removed. No job too big or too small. WASTEMAN RUBBISH REMOVAL was recommended to me today, I was given their card & contacted the Company, Roger was most pleasant, after a short conversation, he offered to have my items collected the same afternoon, times were given by Roger & these times were kept, a courtesy call to let me know the drivers (& their names) were on their way, arriving were Colm & Jordan, so polite, friendly & efficient. I highly recommend this Company :-) One VERY happy customer THANK YOU!!!! You mattered in my life today, very grateful for your amazing, no hassle experience....such a pleasure.
