I must sincerely apologise, If during the course of this issue, I briefly placed you into the category of Most Businesses I have dealt with, for this is not the case. I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with. Normally I would have to be crawling all over the issue 100%, however in this case I was able to relax and leave it completely in your hands. I can't thank you and your staff enough. We would like to thank Lahtinen Electrical & Refrigeration for the exceptional work they carried out at our new home. Initially they listened to what we needed, lended their expertise and offered great advice on how to achieve this. Their team of qualified electricians did an outstanding job , they were all very professional but also extremely polite and friendly; they kept us informed at each step of the way. They advised on a solar system to meet our needs, not the biggest or most expensive!! once this was installed they dropped by to talk us through how to get the best from the system. We would highly recommend them for all your electrical needs , everyone from the office staff to the electricians are so approachable and professional can’t praise them enough.
