So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. I cannot recommend enough, so incredible to find such amazing customer service so close by. The woman who takes care of admin is fantastic (Michelle). I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. The care they have for customers is something I haven't seen at any other mechanic. Really nice to see good people doing good business.

Bowers did work on my 67 Buick Riviera. They did a professional job in reassuring ne about the work that was needed on my steering- a different local business quoted me for 5 extra jobs that were repairs which didn't need doing. They were 5 star from start to finish I couldn't recommend Bowers highly enough. Don't consider anyone else in Newcastle for your suspension work of you have a classic American Car. Thanks guys.

Mick and the guys helped me out this afternoon at the last minute, after another workshop told me I needed an auto electrician to fix my car. After being quoted nearly $2700 for work on my car at a different mechanic, Tyrepower looked over my car and the quote came to $900. They were kind, respectful and helped me understand my car better.
