Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.

A big shout out to Kevin and his team at East Coast auto electrics. Took our caravan in to have the camera fixed which was never installed correctly in the first place. Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

Had a problem with the Smart cabriolet roof, and new to the coast, rang Jwff, who said pop in for a looksee. I did so and he fixed it immediately, no appointment, and NO CHARGE !..Not often will you get that service these days. We will be taking our vehicles her in the future . Thanks Jeff...

We were established in 2001, but our founder has been in the automotive industry for far longer than that. We quickly outgrew our original space after word spread about our fantastic service and affordable prices, so we upgraded to our current location in 2011. We are proud to offer services that you won’t get from just any auto mechanic. We can also offer door-to-door valet services to repair specific issues. We are also known for our great rates. In fact, we will beat a competitor’s price by 10% if you bring us their ad or quote for the same job.

You will not find a better mechanic anywhere. Old school attitude. Honest, reliable, trustworthy - simply down to earth good people. Excellent work, without all the fuss and nonsense. Exceptional work, with attention to detail that only comes from satisfaction of a job well done. Finally, I have found a mechanic I can trust! I never bother with quotes now, nor ever second guess the work. I know I am getting the best guy at the best price.
