We recently had our Red Rav4 fitted up with a new 7 pin alloy trailer plug. Ross sorted out the wires there including the extra wires as well as fitting up a piece of 32mm rhs bracket directly to the tow bar as the bumper on the Rav is a bit flimsy. Its now solid as. Also fitted up a trailer brake module for us too that we had from another vehicle. All his work was extremely neat and tidy not expensive at all. And now the trailer brake adjusting dial is on the dash boards face easily accessible in a spot that was vacant from the factory and it looks like it was always meant to be there. Had the Automatic Transmission serviced on my Ranger recently. I thought the Transmission was operating well enough before the service but now it goes through the gears just like it did when it was new. Also had a modification done to allow better circulation of the oil through the cooler. This helps when towing. Thanks Jamie and Jackson. Great customer service and I thought the cost was very reasonable.

I had engine trouble a couple of hours into our holiday & managed to limp off the M1 near Robbo's Automotive just before closing time. Staff still agreed to look at my car but couldn't do much as engine overheated. Returned with car the following day & eventual diagnosis was hideously expensive. Robbo indicated new radiator would get me to holiday destination & back to Sydney. Excellent. 20 mins later Robbo told me & they'd located a radiator which would be delivered in the morning. Noooooo! Once he realised I was stranded, Robbo organised for the rep to drop radiator off & they managed to get me back on the road just before closing. All staff I dealt with were super friendly & helpful...& didn't mind me lying on the floor of their waiting room in the air con with my pooch while my phone charged. Thank you to all at Robbo's. We made it to our holiday destination...then had to come home less than 48hrs later due to COVID outbreak. But at least we got there!! Highly recommended.
