So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. We take our fleet of Volvo and Scania prime mover to Jacksons and no one know these trucks like they do, not even the dealers. The prices is spot on and a nice bunch of blokes to deal with. Will bend over backwards to get you sorted and breakdown coverage is great too.
