So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. The woman who takes care of admin is fantastic (Michelle). I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. The care they have for customers is something I haven't seen at any other mechanic. Really nice to see good people doing good business.

We have been having our cars serviced at McDonald Automotive Services for the past ten years. There has never been an issue with either the quality of service or the costs charged for their work. Their loan car availability is a real plus when you need a second car to get around town. My adult family has even chosen them for important services when they're required (pre round around Australia caravan trip).
